Should i sell Axis Equity Rahul, 14 Dec 2012

I have invested in AXIS equity funds in Oct 2009. For last 3 years the growth is negative. What should i do?

Fintotal Answer

Axis Equity Fund is an average performing fund. It is large cap fund which is for your long term goals such as child's education, retirement corpus, etc. Though the returns might not be good since 3 years, do not withdraw the fund because equity funds give good returns if held for atleast 5 years. You may stop SIPs and divert in one of the best large cap funds say HDFC Top 200.
